Shipping policy
At Eclectic Muse Atelier, every package is prepared with intention and care. Many of our items are handmade, assembled, or packed to order, so processing times may differ from standard retail shipping.
By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms:
Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
3–7 business days
(excluding weekends & holidays)
Processing includes:
• Production
• Quality check
• Packaging
• Label creation
Custom, handmade, or limited-release items may require additional preparation time.
Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline listed in the product description.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping time begins after processing, not at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (USPS/UPS)
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Snail Mail Club & Letter Mail
Some EMA packages (such as club mail, invites, or flat stationery) may ship via stamped mail.
These orders:
• Do not include tracking
• Typically arrive within 3–10 business days
• Are not insured by the carrier
If tracking is preferred, upgraded shipping must be selected at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
EMA is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us:
• The buyer must pay reshipping costs
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
• Lost packages marked delivered
• Theft after delivery
• Carrier delays
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
We will assist with claims when possible.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:
You must email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of packaging + product
We will review and provide a replacement or store credit when applicable.
International Shipping
(You can remove this section if you only ship US)
International buyers are responsible for:
• Customs fees
• Import taxes
• VAT charges
Delivery time varies by country.
Multiple Item Orders
Items may ship separately depending on production timelines.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
