At Eclectic Muse Atelier, every service and product is intentionally curated to provide a luxury experience. Because many of our offerings are custom, sanitary, and time-reserved, our return policy is designed to remain fair to both our clients and our artists.
By booking or purchasing with EMA, you agree to the following policy:
Services (Makeup, Hair, Lashes, Brows, Waxing, Skin)
All services are non-refundable once completed.
However, your satisfaction matters. If you are unhappy with your service:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of your appointment
• Adjustments or corrections will be offered when appropriate
• Correction appointments must be scheduled within 3 days
Refunds will not be issued due to:

Change of mind

Personal preference after leaving

Improper aftercare

Exposure to water, sweat, humidity, or friction

Services booked for a specific event date
Deposits & Appointments
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They secure your artist’s time and preparation.
Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in:
• Shortened service
• Or appointment cancellation (deposit forfeited)
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook.
Retail Products
For sanitary reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Eligible returns must:
• Be unused and unopened
• Be returned within 7 days of purchase
• Include receipt or order confirmation
Approved returns will receive:
Store credit only (no cash refunds)
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Custom & Handmade Items
(Cricut goods, personalized items, branded merch, kits, gift sets)
All custom items are final sale.
We do not accept returns on personalized or made-to-order products unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable content, all digital product sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are:
• Non-refundable
• Non-redeemable for cash
• Not replaceable if lost or stolen
Chargebacks
Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:
• Immediate booking restriction
• Future services requiring full prepayment
